 Investments on terminal equipment are high specially when you have to work with multiple units globally.  Discussions with internal users positioned at customer locations requiresmore of audio conferencing as it is easier to manager with out going through customer formalities of suing their facilities.  The flexiblity of doing audio from anywhere.
