Here's one more reason why video conferencing will dominate business communications.

Video conferencing, in lieu of business travel provides a more pleasant work-life balance. At one point in my career, I was spending more time with people that I worked with than people I shared my home and family with. This dysfunctional social behavior is pretty common among business executives. We must make the decision to reverse that balance and can use video technology to avoid many classes of business travel.
