Personalized Scorecard offers the best way to know if you’re beating the Index, or not. We’ve given subscribers four ways to determine if they’re actually beating the Index. The different cards are re-calculated with every ticker refresh and reflect their up-to-the-minute (near-real-time) status.

  • Proceeds – this is the current ‘gross dollar’ value of the entire basket of stocks entered into Beyond ETFs. The S&P 100 amount is adjusted for the initial investment. Dividends and transaction fees are not accounted for.
  • Today – this is the current ‘gross dollar’ value of the entire basket of stocks entered into Beyond ETFs less the gross dollar value of the entire basket of stocks at the previous day’s close. I like to think of this as ‘what my investments did for me today.’
  • Percent Change – is calculated as the Proceeds less the initial investment divided by the initial investment.
  • Annual Rate of Return – this calculation is the (proceeds – initial investment) raised to the 1/years, minus 1. It’s the annualized percentage change in the stock or in your portfolio.
