Conferencing in… Public Sector
This is the second in a series of om_content&task=view&id=952&Itemid=2″>industry reports on Conferencing. Here the public sector represents great opportunity for improvement in their use of collaboration technologies. Frequency and average length of sessions are fewer and shorter than others. Only 31% of respondents from the public sector rated conferencing as very important to their agency’s success, which was the lowest of all industries studied.
