Participants in our research on Email and Business Applications were asked to describe their most valuable email and the cost to the business if that message had not arrived.

All of our invoices are sent as PDF attachements to e–mails.  Hard to say that it would be the momentary damages of the not receiving it as the balance carry forward would highlight the missing invoice at a later time.
