Northborough, MA November 20, 2007 – Brockmann and Company released its latest customer insight report on the role of face-to-face meetings and audio, web and video conferencing in the conduct of business in the computer, network and teelcommunications equipment industries. The report, entitled "Conferencing in The Computer, Network and Telecom Equipment Industries" is available for a limited time for free download on http://www.brockmann.com.

Peter Brockmann, President of Brockmann & Company said, "The relatively low rating for video conferencing is disappointing since video conferencing session frequency were 10% of all sessions, a ratio much lower than other industries studied. Audio conferences were the most frequent communication method."
